What it does
How it is built
  • Uses the same sending system as the inbox. If Engage is switched off for your practice, nothing is sent and scheduled jobs are skipped.
  • Limits default to blocking. If a cap is missing, the call does not go out.

Built and tested in code. Outgoing calls are waiting on the phone system. The reminder schedule and the before-and-after no-show numbers will be measured with the founding practices.
